Simply take a shower or bath to wash your physical body, then fill a tub with hot water, pour half of the bag into the water and soak, while focusing on your goal. If you are not able to take a bath, just dissolve the same amount of salt in a jar of water and pour it from the shoulders down after washing your body. However you apply the bath, do not wipe yourself dry. Allow yourself to air dry, as not to wipe away the magic and your intention.
